This is a payment service of a digital medical consultation with our partner physichian Dr. Wojciech Ozimek. Dr. Ozimek is a specialist in parasitic infections and a licensed pediatrician with extensive experience in the treatment of parasitic infections as well as Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections. The digital medical consultation takes place directly from Dr. Ozimek’s private clinic in Poland (Center Dr. Ozimek). We would like to draw your attention to the fact that you do not have a booked medical consultation in connection with this payment and that you need to book your medical consultation – available consultation times can be found here.
The medical consultation includes a digital meeting with the doctor (30 min), after the medical consultation you will receive your treatment plan as well as a summary of the information given during your consultation sent via e-mail.
Consultations with Dr. Ozimek can take place in English, Spanish and Polish.
We highly recommend that you send in a brief medical history including your symptoms as well as any photos and previous clinical results that you want to share with the doctor and that you do so well in time prior to your consultation so that both you and the doctor can make the best use of your appointment. You can submit your medical history here. Test-results and submitted medical history are forwarded to the doctor as you consent to us sharing your personal and patient-data with the physichian upon booking your medical appointment.
We recommend that you pay for your medical appointment after you have booked your medical consultation – please note that the appointment needs to be paid no longer then 60 min after your booked medical consultation.
